Your loyalty points and vouchers are becoming a gift card
With the launch of the new CPRO FOOD online shop, the previous loyalty programme is coming to an end. The value of your points and vouchers is not lost: we have converted it into a gift card, with the amount rounded up in your favour. Your code will be sent to you by email.

How to use your gift card
- Find our email about your gift card (please also check your spam folder).
- Add your products to the basket and proceed to checkout.
- At checkout, enter your code in the ‘Discount code’ field.
You don’t need an account to use your card. If you would like to sign in, simply enter your email address: you will receive a code, no password required.

No problem. Email us at info@cprofood.com or call us on +32 42 80 10 87. Please include the email address you used to order on the old website. We will look into it and help you.

The gift card is a means of payment. Any unused balance remains available until 31 December 2027. Not redeemable for cash.
