Delivery
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Portugal.
How long does delivery take?
Your order is shipped within 2 to 5 working days of receipt of your order and payment. We deliver with DPD, to your home or to a DPD pickup point. As soon as your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
What are the delivery costs?
For Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France, delivery costs €4.90 and is free on orders of €19 or more. You will find the costs for other countries on our Delivery page.
Subscription
How does the subscription work?
With Subscribe & Save, you get 10% off every delivery and receive your pet's food automatically, at the frequency of your choice. There is no commitment. All the details: Subscription.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can pause your subscription, delay a delivery or cancel at any time, free of charge, from your customer account.
Feeding
How do I switch to CPRO FOOD?
Introduce the new food gradually over at least 7 days by mixing it with the previous food:
- Days 1–2: 25% CPRO FOOD, 75% previous food
- Days 3–4: 50% CPRO FOOD, 50% previous food
- Days 5–6: 75% CPRO FOOD, 25% previous food
- From day 7: 100% CPRO FOOD
If your pet has a sensitive stomach, extend the transition by a few days. Always make sure fresh water is available.
Which recipe suits a sensitive dog?
For sensitive dogs, we recommend Adult Mini Sensitive Salmon & Rice (small breeds), Adult All Breeds Lamb & Rice (hypoallergenic recipe with lamb) or our grain-free Prestige range: Prestige Salmon, Prestige Turkey and Prestige Lamb. If your dog has health problems, please ask your vet for advice.
Which recipe suits an overweight or neutered dog?
Our Weight Control recipes are reduced in fat and contain L-carnitine: Weight Control Duck & Turkey (also available as XSmall for very small breeds) and Weight Control White Fish & Cranberries. They are suitable for neutered, overweight and older dogs.
Which recipe suits a neutered or overweight cat?
Our light Sterilized recipes (Senior & Weight Control) are suitable for neutered and older cats, and for cats that need to watch their weight: Adult Sterilized Turkey, Adult Sterilized Salmon and, for large cats, Adult Sterilized Chicken Large. To support the urinary tract, choose Adult Urinary.
How much should I feed my pet?
You will find the recommended daily amount according to your pet's weight under "Feeding guidelines" on each product page.
Returns and service
Can I return a product?
The return conditions and your right of withdrawal are set out in our refund policy. For hygiene reasons, food and treats whose packaging has been opened cannot be returned.
My parcel is damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Take a photo and email us at info@cprofood.com. We will send you a free return label and, on request, a replacement item. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Invoice and documents
Where can I find my invoice or delivery note?
To save resources and protect the environment, we do not include a printed invoice or delivery note in our parcels by default. Do you need proof of your order? Simply contact our customer service at info@cprofood.com with your order number - we will be happy to send you the documents by email.
