General description of the service

Our online store is exclusively intended for consumers and allows the purchase of food for dogs and cats (dry food, wet food, treats), with delivery in Belgium.

Consumers can, among other things:

select products and add them to the cart;
place an order as a guest or via a customer account ;
subscribe to and manage subscriptions for recurring deliveries;
participate in the loyalty program (bonus points), where applicable;
exercise their right of withdrawal online via the "Withdraw from the contract" function available in the footer;
check and correct their contact, delivery and billing details during the ordering process.

The contractual and communication languages offered at checkout are French, Dutch, German and English.

Explanation of use

Our store is designed so that the main sections are accessible by both mouse and keyboard.

Through the navigation, the search or the collections, users can quickly access the desired products. The order – one-off or as part of a subscription – is placed in several steps during checkout. The entered information can be checked and corrected before submitting the final order.

Essential functions such as product selection, the cart, payment, the customer account, subscription management and the withdrawal function should be accessible as far as possible.

Technical provision: the store is operated and hosted via Shopify (Shopify International Limited, Dublin, Ireland). Payment is processed notably via Shopify Payments, PayPal and Klarna ; the loyalty program via LoyaltyLion ; subscriptions via Seal. We cannot fully guarantee the accessibility of the content and features provided by these third parties.

Accessibility status

We refer to the applicable digital accessibility requirements, notably:

the Regulation (EU) 2019/882 on accessibility requirements applicable to products and services (European Accessibility Act – EAA);
the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, to the extent that they apply to our service.

To ensure accessibility, we conduct regular checks: manual testing of key pages (home page, product pages, cart, payment, customer account, withdrawal form) and automated audit tools.

Current status: our site is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA requirements.

Known limitations:

sometimes incomplete alternative (alt) texts for certain product or decorative images;
insufficient contrast on certain interface elements;
link or button labels that are sometimes not very clear out of context;
third-party content and interfaces (accessibility widget, payment providers, loyalty program, subscription tool, links to social networks) whose accessibility we do not fully control;
multilingual content (FR/NL/DE/EN): the level of updates may vary depending on the language.

We are continuously improving clarity, keyboard navigation, contrast, semantic structure and form accessibility.
